Friday was spent chilling in the house and due to the rain, we were unable to go to Garden of the Gods as planned. It was a pretty fun day playing with Sophie, watching netflix and hanging around with my sister and Derrick.
The following day, the 4 of us headed to Estes Park. It was pretty scenic hour drive and the park was hugely impressive. Sophie was really excited and just smelling everything and being super eager to keep exploring. The lake we walked by was so beautiful. It was flanked by some snow-capped mountains that made the view even more gorgeous. We walked around for an hour and then took Sophie to the park for another hour or so. After the Park, we headed to a nearby brewery called Avery Brewer. They had so many beers to try an i went with this Ancient Egyptian styled beer that was pretty tasty. For lunch we bought take out from this Burger place called Five Guys which had a great great burger! We managed to get back in time to catch most of the Champions League Final which ended up being really thrilling at the start and kinda dead towards the end. Props to the legend of my time, Cristiano Ronaldo for another CL title.
